My inspiration for this piece comes from my fascination with goddess statues from ancient times.  The symbol of the bird is a powerful one, bird head with headdress, connected to a woman’s body.  She wears her crown of feathers with honour and devotion.

Fused and slumped glass, custom made steel framework.
